Midwest Flood Zones LLC was founded in 1996 to fulfill the need for a regional flood company that can provide flood determinations that are mapped to the structure. When a property is partially affected by a Special Flood Hazard Area (SFHA), an On-Site Determination can be done by one of our field inspectors. This is a fast, accurate way of locating the insurable improvements on a property in relation to the SFHA. It takes the cost, the burden and the responsibility of obtaining measurements off of the lender and the borrower.
